The story of OBAT takes place on the pseudo-jovian planet of Elladion, a desolate wasteland of volcanic plains, deserts, and underground oceans. Archer, a young "Synthetic", must travel to the heart of a local alien civilization in order to unravel the mysteries of a strange new visitor.

The comic and world will feature a variety of species, including Sycans, Wraiths, Valenkin, CC Biomechs, Humans, Undaryans, and more.
