I know it's not great, I forgot to turn the IK on the legs off before starting...caused issues. I'll also make a longer cycle nextime if i want her to blink.

Not a bad start but the body needs to go up on the crossover and to go down on the contact. Being a female she leads her walk with her hips and not her chest. The hips should swing and rock the movement of the legs. Women tend to glide with one foot in front of the other with each step. Study the movement of your subject and you will do fine.
