String Quartet No. 2 in A Minor - III. Andate - Allegro mode
The final movement to my Second String Quartet opens Adagio with a theme briefly heard in the opening movement. After building to a climax, the main subject appears for the Allegro Moderato. This movement is in Sonata Allegro form with double exposition, but an interrupted recapitulation. In fact, the harmonic and tonal approach to this movement is more classical than the other two movements. In some sense I had in mind the first movement of Mozart's 40th Symphony.
I had a little trouble figuring out how to end the piece, so I interrupted the recapitulation halfway through to dive right back into the Precipitato theme from the first movement, and so it ends with a I-V-I similar to the first movement.

As for being electronic / synthesized, since that is what it is, I can't avoid that to a certain extent. But yes, it is rather repetitive and that only brings out those aspects even more.
I am curious as to why you think this should be in E Minor rather than A Minor. What about that key would make this better in your mind?
