There is a free downloadable program called Bump Top.

It's Bumptop, a free (and actually useful) 3D desktop app available on Mac/Win.

VMWare Fusion, Timemachine, Automator, and iChat, I don't know what too many of the others in between are. ;)

WOW I am surprised you got FormZ! I looked at Bonzai but ehhhhh FormZ is what I master.

The globe is actually Omniweb not Google Earth, if you're a  user check it out! The desktop is a program (free) called Bumptop.
