Okay. So how was I to know that the optics in the camera on my laptop reversed the image? Oh well... With every little mistake I learn something new.

Err...? Let me look into that. Off hand I'd suggest a site that specializes in historic plans for modern (20th Century.) warships, but I have two books, "Castles of steel" by Robert K. Massie and "The Kaiser's Pirates" which might have a few clues in their indexes and bibliographies.
I'm still looking for those construction illustrations I saw at the Kaiser Shipyard memorial in Richmond CA too.

I know.. and the problem was caused by eco-friendly ethanol fuel period.
The ethanol in the fuel attacks the carburetor needle and idle shut off solenoid.
I'm not a fan of ethanol mix fuels they do more harm to the environment then good. The reason ethanol fuel was pushed was because it had big agribusiness behind it not because it was better for the environment like we were told. The vapor pressure of alcohol and vapor pressure of gasoline are considerably different therefore they burn at a different rate and you do not get a clean combustion in an internal combustion engine.
Seems how you live down in California during the summer if your traveling along the freeway look to the vegetation to the side you'll notice from Road level up to about 18 to 20 in all the vegetation is dead this is caused by the fuel and the catalytic converters. The Heat plus water plus sulfur in the fuel makes sulfuric acid the alcohol ads in there and I forget what it makes but it's just as toxic.

Woah! I have never noticed that. The cooler temperatures and recent rains have caused new patches of green to grow up over last season's dead grass. So I will take note to watch to see how the "Brown Zones" spread out from the freeway, and up into the hills. It could be that the smog from the nearby 134 and 210 Freeways, (Less than a mile away.) might be killing the grasses seasonally as well. Could it be that our California lifestyle is encouraging our own wildfires? Could be.
