In the forests of England rests a gentle buck, known to all as Avon DeRussate. He is as much part of our herd as any horse could ever claim to be and more- mere words cannot describe the aura of comfort and gentleness coming from Avon when he held me close at Further Confusion, calming my nerves frayed from the rigors of dealing with leadership.
