I really don't know what all the mod can do. The last time I heard about a vore mod that let males be the pred was about it getting shut down by a very angry source code maker...
Buuuuut if I had to say I do so love when muscle hunks are having to gurgle off a lot. Bonus points if they're macro. I prefer khajiit over the other races but I do like argonians and (don't judge me) think Dark elves are kinda cute x3
