After Cozy Glow did something stupid and got herself exposed on accident, Shatter decided to punish Cozy Glow but this punishment was very kind compared to what she does on her enemies. The punishment was for Cozy Glow to wear diapers and be treated like a foal for a week. Shatter was really looking forward to babying her. Cozy Glow of course is furious but she should be glad that it's this punishment and not the punishment she had the last two times, being locked in Tarturas and turned to stone, both sentenced by the Royal Sisters, Celestia and Luna with the stone punishment with the help of Discord.

Cozy Glow is aged up here so she's indeed an adult so in other terms, I'm not doing a fetish on a minor. I would never draw fetish stuff of characters who are children, only those who are 18+ and Cozy Glow is 18+ now.

Explanation about how Cozy Glow is freed from her stone and how she's an adult like Shatter is; After nearly 200 years after the near fall of Equestria and when the villain trio, Queen Chrysalis, Cozy Glow, and Tirek got turned to stone by Discord and the Royal Sisters, Celestia and Luna, a mysterious Stallion releases them from their stone prison. In the 10 years of being freed, Cozy Glow gets more powerful and grows up like she should've centuries earlier, she wasn't made Alicorn immediately after being freed but gets her horn and Alicorn Wings about 8 years after being freed. Now she's at the physical age of 22 years of age. When she was trapped in her stone prison, she was 12 years old. Which means when Cozy Glow was freed, Shatter was just a filly herself. Because they're on the same side, they know each other very well.
