It'll be lined and colored, simplified background, level of detail in shading is determined by the final bid
If the bid surpasses 60 usd you can choose to have it completed in my detailed lineless painterly style with a painted background, just specify which option you'd like upon payment
If the bid surpasses 100 usd I will also do a little hypno animated version on the colors of the eyes (A two color simple spiral gif, alternating colors in the eyes) (Along with the tier above, this gif can be done in the painted style)
