Well, if creatures can taste with their feet, I believe Blue can smell with nosepores!

So Blue's olfactory sense is similar to a shark's ampullue of Lorenzini, just for smells and not electroreception. Interesting... would give her a highly accurate directional sense of smell.

Swirls glow too, anywhere there is light blue fur =3 thanx for saying something, I forgot to show the swirls (wha you can see of them) on the left part of the ref. I updated it ^^

very awesome indeed. getting markings down is tough business! I do love the simplicity and it won't be a nightmare for someone to draw. The only thing I noticed is that the necklace is a must but there is not up close ref for it. I bet they can look at your other art though to figure it out :)

The idea with the nose pores was nice, better than some just claiming that their nose-less character can't smell (what a boring world they must live in with no smell)
For some reason I really like the mouth pic showing she's blue in side ("Say 'Aaah', please") xD
Is she flourescent btw? Or is it only linked to the emotions? Could be cool in clubs otherwise =D

Just realized that both our characters have glow-y bits, though not in the same way =) Another likeness is that they glow brighter with heightened emotion, though my Aaron only glows brighter when angry or aroused (the latter makes for some embarrassing moments), and his eyes are part of that too =P

Ok I gotta say always thought you had quite a niffty character blue Xp, awesome job with your ref here great job with the colors and I've honestly never seen someone have a character with no nose but hell your chary pulls it off just fine if ya ask me XD.

So, someone may have asked or I glossed over it on the full view, why no nose?
