Here's Plasma and Chaos Cougar fighting some common enemy. Though the Marshalls night be asking why Plasma didn't capture Chaos Cougar for questioning afterwards. I suppose they might believe he was just too slippery to catch, after all they've been trying to bring him in for some answers for a while and he always disappears after he is no longer needed.

I really like how this one came out. The speedlines took a while to draw, but they really gave the effect I wanted.
