I've made up my mind, I'll be taking part in the VOCT2 after all ^u^ Just a quick note, but in the event this is allowed I put him as a support action character for use by any other player who chooses to use him. Otherwise please disregard that segment. Now an intriguing afterthought; His name comes from a book of obsolete old words, and means 'A secret society, usually one breaking the law'.

Description: White feathers over most of the body, yellow eyes beak and feet. Aside from his facial expression and weapon, no distinguishing characteristics.
Personality: Aggressive, intelligent, but not at all talkative.
Weapons/Equipment: Several lengths of a resilient string(Braided tree fibers treated with boiled tree sap after braiding) and an edged stone likened to a spearhead. He has only one stone and it is only a distraction to make the enemy think he's trying to cut them to gain his victory. Lastly, neither the string or stone will digest and he simply regurgitates them when finished.
Fighting style/Abilities: Trap and binding methods, limited elemental control- Wind based. Can move unusually fast and control his movements as well as his weapon's movements in midair without visible cues.
