This is Theodore's love interest. This Chipette has grown up to be a very proud and independent young lady. She takes good care of Theodore and doesn't let him get bossed around. Eleanor spends a lot of her time working to better the community, doing volunteer work. If not she will be working on finishing a cookbook that she and Theodore had started working on.
