One of my newest OCs.
One day I just came up with the silly idea of a Sylveon using its ribbons as a lasso...so this idea was born! A questionable Sheriff in the Wild West, ready to bring peace and order to the dusty lands by restraining her foes with her ribbons. Those Ribbons serve many more purposes, however. With her Hidden Power being Ground-Type, things are about to get dusty out there.
Also finally includes my signature because why not!
