I've had a fan theory for a while that could explain the relation between Wile E and Ralph, and the theory is that they could be half-brothers; with Cage E being proof for it.
It could be that Cage E may have had an affair with Ralph's mother at some point; which would explain why Ralph seems to resemble more of a coyote than a wolf, having long ears and a red nose like his father (albeit more vibrant than Cage E's; which could be just a trait from Cage E's side.) Though based on that, it would mean that Ralph could be a coyote-wolf hybrid while retaining his mother's maiden name as Wolf.
Then perhaps both of the mothers have learned about Cage E's affairs with one another and left him; Wile E's mother divorcing him, and Ralph's mother leaving him. And for a long while Cage E has never told Wile E why he and the mother broke up when he was just a pup; including anything about him having a half sibling.
And so the idea for this picture illustrates Wile E demanding an explanation from his father after discovering Ralph who told him about Cage E.

If WB could make movies about them with more aspairing characteristics and story ideas instead only about hitting hammers and silly jokes.....no wait they did Looney Tunes Show o...o
But of course we talking about Wile and Ralph here, even if in comics they have stories so we can learn about their live more but if we concentrate only about TV we know about them barely nothing....

Exactly. It was the comics that once explained what the E in Wile E's name was, wither or not its canon or not is up for debate. That and there were some adventures that would have been nicely adapted for TV. Though there was word about some movies for the characters besides Space Jam that would be in development, but so far no proof of any development, especially one that would star Wile E solely.
