the arm he is using to scratch the back of his head looks unnatural. For one, the elbow shouldn't be pointed like that, and the upper arm I don't think should be put so forward. and the clothing around the shoulder I don't think looks quite right either, as in the material isn't twisted enough. he doesn't look like he's being pressed against a footpaw, but I think thats the use of the background in that area that makes it seem like that. sparky's eyes look blank, but thats a personal opinion.
I think you've gotten better with you colouring though. I like the attempted use of single strokes to potray fur

I'll go on a training once the backlog is done

artists should never stop and start 'training'. Its an organic growth not only with your drawing hand but your minds eye
