Blackout and TC aren't available yet.
The only non-activators that were promised to be available last spring that have actually been released, are Freeway Jazz, Electrostatic Soundwave, and now Cyb Ratchet, and Arcee.

Funny thing is. Someone has Blackout,saw a review on youtube. I am not sure if he has some connections or such.

That's an illigally stolen prototype that the reviewer bought off ebay.

No one's exactly sure how, but a couple people in china steal them from the factories and sells them to the american market via ebay.

Anywhoo. Either way. Not out yet.. not out yet. So I can focus on seeking Arcee and Ratchet's Alt form.
