Yeah, I remember those days. Your fancharacter would be you, you'd somehow have a rivalry and/or love interest with another character, and somehow this all boils down to you kicking more ass in your fantasy storyline than you ever could in dodgeball. Then the internet came along, and you were like, "Fuck! Who are all these posers stealing my character/character's girlfriend!?"
