This has happened every 3rd or 4th time I've gone into Palace of The Dead in Final Fantasy XIV, and half the time I find it on accident.

Context for those who don't play: there is a dungeon that you can go through where there are anywhere from 1-4 secret treasures called the Accursed Hoard. Typically you can only find them by using an item called the Pomander of Intuition, which you find at random in the dungeon treasure chests you CAN see, and once you know where it is, you stand on it for 2-3 seconds to make it appear.

HOWEVER, standing on it with or without knowing it's there still makes it appear, and I just happen to find it a lot.
