(My Third and last Entry into
Arrow the Esp 's Parade Collab, featuring Reynard City's Guillermo AKA Hyper Rob. The Boyfriend of Wondervixen)
"RAGH!" The fight between Hyper Rob and "The Prince" wasn't going as smooth as the fox had imagined. For someone who looked like he had no experience in combat, this young man was quick to predict the hero's swings and movements. "Please, I've seen children throw better punches than this!" The Prince chuckled as he ducked under another of G's kicks, before quickly uppercutting him in the stomach. G, was sent sliding back down the floor a bit from this blow, making the devious parade planner laugh. "You heroes always have to do things the hard way with these things don't you? I offered you to join in the fun and yet you decide to try and put an end to it. All because your friends decided to "volunteer" to join?" G, quickly got back up and looked back up at the two balloon vixens floating above them, before glaring back at the Prince. "Volunteer"? You forced them to join!" He shouted. "I don't know why you're doing this, but I'm going to put an end to this and get them back. One way or another!" Pulling out his Hook Gun, G took aim and pointed it directly at the Prince. "Ha ha ha ha ha! What's that supposed to do?" the Prince exclaimed. "You know it's just another easy target for me to dodge!" G, continued to aim it at the man's face, until he gave off a small smirk.
"Maybe you can dodge it. But can THAT?" Slightly shifting his gun to the left, the hook was now aimed directly at the Prince's scepter. With a quick pull of the trigger, the hook shot out and sped towards the golden rod, creating a look of panic in the Prince's eyes. "Shoot!" With no hesitation, he quickly threw the scepter down and jumped out of the way. As the scepter hit the ground, the top sparked and short circuited in a small ball of purple electricity. G, chuckled at the sight of his theory being correct; the way the Prince was holding that thing tight was a clear indicator that it was important. Sure enough it was, as the scepter was also where the machine he used to transform his friends and the other missing people was being stored. "Sorry, but your little parade is over pal." The Prince growled angrily as he got back up and stared at his now broken masterpiece. "You... You filthy animal! I will-GCK!" His words were soon caught off as the hook soon boomeranged back and wrapped the man up tightly in its rope, causing him to stumble and fall back to the ground; unable to escape.
"You just sit tight pal, I have friends to cure." With that, G quickly flew over to Vibes face and pulled out his vial of the antidote. "Okay, I don't know how strong this stuff is, but Anty said that it should at least straighten out your thoughts." Opening the vial, G carefully poured and spread half of the liquid across Vibes body. Once fully administered, G flew over to Sally and applied the rest of it in a similar manner before landing back on the ground below them. "Just hang tight girls. I'll go tell Rote and Anty to come and get you so we can-" Just then, the sound of electricity and machinery malfunctioning could be heard behind G. The fox turned around, and looked down at the gold scepter; its top still functioning for a little while despite taking so much damage. Before Rob could even make a movement, a small opening at the top glowed, as it charged up one final shot. "Oh crap..." The fox lunged over to the scepter, hoping to turn it the other way... until he was bathed in a ray of purple light.
An Hour later, Rotecol was busy working on a new project, until he suddenly began to experience a very familiar ringing in his head. "Heya Rote!" the voice in his head shouted. Knowing that tone, it was Vibes; meaning that Anty's antidote must've worked to some degree. "Hope I'm not bothering ya but you were the first person I could think of upon coming back. Anyways, I have some good news. We caught the baddie responsible for not just our disappearances but also a bunch of other disappearances too! I'm gonna tell Anty this too so he can whip up more of that antidote stuff G used on me. As for the crook, the cops have already been alerted. You're welcome for that~" She said with psychic giggle. "But erm... there is some bad news though... nothing too major, it's just... well... you're probably gonna have to come pick us up after the parade." Rote raised an eyebrow as he put away the tools he had in his hand. "I'd say why but uh... well I think you can see for yourself outside the window..."
Rote quickly ran out the door, and sure enough the parade was already in full swing, albeit without the Prince leading it. Things looked to be normal at first until he saw what Vibes was talking about. Despite getting her mind back, Vibes was still stuck in her balloon form, and was proudly being led down the street with the other floats and balloons. Behind her was Sally, who was also in the same state as Vibes; still ballooned but back to her old self mentally. Finally, at the end of their little line was a Balloon that bared a striking resemblance to Guillermo, both in colors and form. Already Rote could tell just what had happened as he gave off a small sigh.
"I swear, each year just gets weirder than the last..."
