Lessee, There is a pic of my chocolate box on here, those are the whole classes baba's with strawberries under it. Then a sugar rose, some plated desserts, a pastiage box with marzipan fruits and also my sugar course final (with the dolphins) and my cake course final with gumpaste flowers. oh yeah and supah fun times flambe'ing. Collages are fun. except for the baba's and the flambe the rest of the creations are mine.
