This is an awesome poster you have bought. This Tom Wood person must have been an excellent artsit. The painting has some sort of photorealism to it that seem to suggest the type of detailed, breathtaking phtotrealism seem in most 1970s-1980s movie posters or paperpack novles of the same era. The canine features of the werewolf's face and head are all designed perfectly, even with the long snarling wolfish snout with the menancing, monsterous fangs, black lips, the contrasting reddish gums and tougne. The fur hairs are painstakingly beautiful and majestic, it is incredible how the artist did them by hand. The ripped muscles on the werewolf and the sharp claws and fangs add to his strength, beauty and power.

Any idea of what movie, book or whatever it is supposed to represent? If it came from some werewolf horror movie, I just have to say how I miss this sort of artwork in live-action movies posters for over 20 years.

Those are exactly the reasons why I had to get this. It's just so amazingly detailed to begin with.

Personally, werewolves are my favorite horror movie monster, have one as a character as a matter of fact, as well as some other shape shifter characters. A very nice poster, shows the nature of the werewolf, thanks for sharing it.
