Neovember2019 - Ghost Usul

Betcha thought I was gonna make it a Usuki Girl huh didntcha huh huh. Well nah, Quiguki for life. Also the Usul's design doesn't really lend itself well to creative designs. The only parts of the Usul that are typically changed based on its color are its hairties, bow, and mane. Everything else is that bland off-orange color. Among the most exciting designs, however, is the Ghost Usul. Ghost Neopets are hardly interesting given they're mostly just teal with red eyes, but the Ghost Usul stands out among its species and has the added detail of its ears/hair being tattered and spooky. Can't say it's an impressive addition to the design library, but it's a nice change of pace.
