Just two things - lack of motivation and initiative. It's kinda funny, my friend inspired me by saying, "Just draw, every day, no matter what." ...so I did. And so far, I've been really happy with how it's been turning out.
For myself, anyway. ;) That, and I really like the manga pens I got at Michael's - that's what I've been using to ink, and I love them to pieces. XD
