Wrong there is, Several places have nick names by that name cause of it's Tokyo feel... Trust me I know I live over in Japan.
Plus I wasn't meaning it at a actual place place like Tokyo itself, I was meaning it like how they say "Pit Stop LA" is just on the way to LA (Made up of a lot of Casino's and Bars and Such"
