I've wanted to do a picture like this for a while now, but didn't really have a character for it.
Water is fascinating; light does so many interesting things in the ocean. And yet, it is a challenge to find art of people not swimming in Ty-D-Bowl blue Jello. Or cellophane. Or something.
Looking at this picture, I realize I've got a long way to go, too. Water's a tricky thing. I also (honestly!) need to study swimsuits and anatomy.
...Look! It's desktop sized! Or it used to be. Desktops got big.
