A new kobold character designed by 
PizzaLizzard himself! He's meant to be a redesign of this adopt I got awhile ago since I wanted it to look more appealing and less metal.
Kestral may not look like it, but he is a barbarian who transforms into his weredragon alter ego whenever he taps into his dragon totem/instinct mode. The classic "Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde" archetype, if you will; intelligent and kind normally, but dumb and hedonistic when transformed. Some say that he'll even forcefully turn into his weredragon self under a full moon and wreck havoc in whatever area he's staying in at the time, sowing his seed into as many fair maidens as possible during this time.
This is a curse that had plagued all of the adult males in his family tree for thousands of millenniums ever since his ancestor screwed over some Arcane Dragon in the past, though that won't stop him from trying to run his pub business.
Edit: Will probably revamp his backstory in the near future.
