ULLVIEW PLEASE

so here is my first photo-manipulation, the only thing i drew myself here is my dragon character. i could draw all these things in the pic, but they just would not turn out as realistic as i want it and would take forever to do and end up hating the pic, so i save time and frustration i used stock images i found on the web.
