I can somehow imagine an audio file for this. After being mawplayedand nommed, the inside of the stomach would be loud and gurgling while the juices would be sloshing like waves whilst hearing and feeling a rhythmic reverberating snore. It could be almost soothing. Might be a good investment if you can find a good vore audio artist.
