This is Stuart, a character of 
Fruitgems. This lovely skunk boy and his soles have been stuck in my head for a while now. I even recently commissioned Coolfruits themselves for a pic of me and those gorgeous feet, which you can find here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/33921248/ Needless to say, I just had to try my hand at drawing him myself.
