Nice effect. Could you write more about how it was taken?

It's been a few years... We had snow with a kind of warmish night. As warm as you can expect on a night it's snowing... but then that morning it got significantly colder... Causing the snow to frost over. We were left with this amazing textured covering on every thing in my back yard. This was a macro shot of one of our top deck boards. I think it was about 15°F sun was still low as it was early in the morning. Stopped down a lot because I wanted more detail and let it go. You can see the Metadata on the shot as well. Time and aperture etc... Hope this helps.

its' nice remembering back to that day... what I was wearing, how cold it was. Seeing my breath in the air and looking around at so much snow. Wish I'd stopped to take even more images.
