Been struggling with my PTSD, my memories, little things I can't forget...little things that get my blood riled up.
I let anger take full hold today and its what I feared most...i'm so stuck in my ways.
I used to live by the phrase : ' Never Forgive, Never Forget ' ~
Those words came back to bite me, hard and I regret everything.
I'm in so much emotional and mental pain, i'm punishing myself, I deserve it. ~

Times like this that make me glad I am forgetful. The pain and regret I would feel would be incredible.
HOWEVER...
I remind myself. Yes, I was horrible. Yes, I was cruel. Yes, I was an utter bastard. But I learned. That pain and regret made me a better person because the mistakes I made before and my aching regret means I won't make the same mistakes again. So if you feel the need to tear yourself up, keep in mind that you won't make the same mistakes again. You are a better person now.
Also, you need hugs. Big, poofy, greater werewolf hugs. Try not to be so hard on yourself.
