Sarv now holds a job as a "Patchwork tattoo artist" ....basically he cuts out patterns from one monsters flesh, and skin grafts new flesh from another monster with different color fur to make a neat design in the first monster.....here is a better explanation with pictures http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3387588
