An amazing design by CharonCreates done specifically for elflings attending the artisanal school of magic. The fabric color and insignia changes between locations but the overall design remains consistent, with entry level students wearing their capes only for ceremonial or school related business (years 1-3) while later students (year 4+) will wear them at all times when possible. This helps identify them to visitors and newer students as ones likely able to answer their questions.
