DON'T YOU WISH IT WAS DONE ALREADY!?!?!
I do.
likes my painting wips so this is to make her happy.
Not done yet... lots of work on that white fur will be needed. I did lighten up the background green slightly, I like the result of the lighter green.
Yes all these wip pictures will go in my scraps when the painting is actually done.

SQUEE. Its really taking shape with the white you added. Oils do take a painfully long time to dry. Are you using any drying mediums? I use this stuff, which also gives it a more buttery texture: http://www.dickblick.com/products/w.....-extender-gel/ Still doesn't dry as fast as acrylics (which is good since the slow-dry is a reason why I use oils instead), but is generally dry enough to paint over in 24-48 hours so I've found.
I use a wet medium made from stand oil, linseed oil and pretend turpentine.
10/20/70 mixture. It's what my painting teacher required we use and I've gotten use to it. XD
I just let it dry slow on it's own. Giving a short break between layers gives it enough thickness I can work over it and still blend.
