Another one of my more deity type characters, but she's more of a demi-deity.

Unlike my others, she does not have any sort of personal dimension, but still keeps the near immortality and a fair bit of power. She normally looks like this when at high altitudes, drifting above the clouds. When closer to land/interacting with others, she tones down the whole look and appears more like an odd multi winged harpy.
