"nobody knows, the trouble i've seen. nobody knows my sorrows' sang mzingo as he sat in his cage. kazumi, on her ledge, was using a bone as a toothpick. "oh mzingo, you silly bird, lighten up.' she saids, tossing the bone away. "sing something with a lovely bounce to it.' mzingo thought aboult it for a moment then thought of one. "now our domination of the earth is fading fa-' he started. "NO! NO! anything but that lousy song!' yelled a disgusted kazumi as she got up and walked to the entrance to her den. she looked out at the bleak landscape that was once called the clan lands, before her. "mzingo?' she asked. "what am i looking at? what is wrong with this image i see before me?' "you're in it madam!' said an irratated mzingo. "urgh, i would never go through this if karama was alive' he sighed. "WHAT DID YOU SAY!?!' shrieked kazumi. mzingo jumped and looked up at kazumi's red eyes peering down at him. "er, nothing!' cried mzingo with a nervous giggle. "you said, karama.' sneered kazumi. "you know the law of this kingdom. NEVER, EVER, mention her name in my presence. i am the queen!' she screeched, sending mzingo back to the wall. "yes yes, you are the queen. i was only saying because i was comparing differences.' said mzingo with a chuckle. "like what?' sneered kazumi. "well *muffles karama's name* was a wonderful queen. but you your grace, you redefine the leadership of a queen like...you do...' Said Mzingo. kazumi smiled an evil grin. "well thank you mzingo. but seriously, what did that conniving old witch have that i didin't anyway?' asked kazumi. "well, she had adoring subjects. a loving family. a devoted king...' said mzingo. "hmm...a king. that sounds perfect. that's what i'm missing! i need a king!'said Kazumi, thinking about what Mzingo said. "a what?!' exclaimed mzingo in shock, that his words backfired. "a king man, a king! with a king, he'll rule by my side! we'll have anything we could dream of! and i'll have...cubs! i shall be immortal! and i know just who shall be my king...my darling shinabo.' "hey bossy, boss boss!" yelled a voice from the entrance to the den. kazumi turned to see simba, nala and nuka. "oh, just when i was warming up to the idea of a king. well, what do you want?' said kazumi. "we've got a bone to pick with you, Kazumi!' said nala. simba got in front of her. "i'll handle this blue eyes' said simba. "blue eyes...oooooo' said nala as she swooned onto nuka. "hey! get off!' yelled nuka. "kazumi, there's no food and no water and the herds are moving off somewhere!' said Simba. He looked very irritated. Nala quickly shook off her swooning spell and went besides simba. "yeah. it's dinner time and we've got no stupid meals!' she yelled. "are you three blaming me for all of that?!' asked an annoyed kazumi. "oh no. you are so adored in our pride!' said nuka very quickly. "good. besides it's the hyenas who are supposed to be hunting for the lions.' said kazumi. "but they are on strike and won't go hunt!' exclaimed nala. "why don't you eat him instead of complaning!' said kazumi, pointing at a horrified mzingo. "what?! oh you lions wouldn't eat me! i would be full of feathers and plack! oh the pain, the pain!' exclaimed mzingo. "oh come come come you silly bird. you just need to eat what man calls, a stick of butter.' chuckled kazumi. simba, nala and nuka looked at kazumi, very annoyed that she wouldn't get what's happened in the clan lands. "tch, and i thought things were bad under karama's rule.' muttered nala. "WHAT DID YOU SAY?!?!' shrieked kazumi, her eyes glowing red with anger and hatred. "er...'exclaimed nala, who was now shaking with fear. "i...said things are good under your rule, your grace!' "good. now get out of my den, or so help me, I WILL DRAG YOU TO THE TOP OF CLAN ROCK AND THROW YOU TO THE GROUND!!!' screamed kazumi. a scared nala and nuka ran to the entrance. "but, we're still hungry...' said nuka. "GET OUT!!!' screeched kazumi, sending nala and nuka fleeing for their lives. simba looked at kazumi and then left, without a word. "urgh. i need some rest. mzingo, make sure no one disturbs me while i sleep." said kazumi as she headed deeper into the cave. "oh, what have i've gotten myself into? oh the pain.' asked mzingo. mzingo noticed another lion at the entrance. "er, her grace has gone to sleep in her den.' said mzingo. "it can wait. i have important information she must hear.' said the lion, who was called leo. He headed deeper into the cave to kazumi's den. "Your highness." Said Leo, as he entered the dark den. "I thought I gave Mzingo explicit instructions that I was not to be disturbed. Ah well, what do you want?" Asked kazumi, getting up from her sleep. "Your grace, two hyena's are trying to rile up the other hyenas to overthrow your position as queen." Said Leo. "I overheard this when I was out on my patrol with simba's lions."
"I see...and who are these two hyenas, who are planning to overthrow me?" Asked an intrigued kazumi. "It's banzai and his younger brother ed. the best friends of you know who." Said Leo. "Ah. The friends of shenzi. Well, they'll meet their friend soon enough. Go and find them and tell them that I wish to see them at clan rock. We'll show them what happens when they attempt to overthrow me." Said a grinning kazumi.

A thirsty Walridi slowly walked through the dry clan lands when she came upon a little puddle of water. As she started to take a few laps of water, she heard a growl from in front of her. She looked up to see Nuka staring down at her. "Hey! This is our puddle of water!" He yelled with a grin. "No it's not. It's everyone's water." Said Walridi, and continued to drink. Nuka bared his teeth in anger. How dare she say that to him? "How dare you, you filthy hyena bitch!" Exclaimed an angry Nuka. He raised his paw to slap her when suddenly, three hyena's rushed in front of Nuka to defend walridi. "Back off nuka!" Yelled the first hyena. "It's everyone's water." "Dam you banzai!" Yelled Nuka in anger. Nala and another lion came to see what's going on. "What's going on here Nuka?" Asked nala. "That bitch is drinking our water!" Yelled Nuka. "No, it's everyone's water. You evil, greedy lions have ruined our beautiful clan lands for your own greedy ends!" Yelled the second hyena. "Stay out of this banagi, or you'll get what's coming to you!" Yelled an angered nala. banzai's younger brother, ed, and another hyena were helping walridi and another old hyena drink the last of the water in the puddle. "You'll both regret this when we report you to the queen!" Yelled the third lion. "That won't be necessary."said a voice. The hyenas and lion turn to see leo and Simba looking down at them. "Banzai and Ed. queen kazumi has requested your presence at clan rock now. Bring your parents with you. The hyenas will also attend." Said Simba. Banzai and Ed looked at each other worried while nala and nuka smirked evilly.

The hyenas sat at the bottom of clan rock looking up at kazumi, who started to walk up the ledge. Simba was by her side. For kazumi's orders, shinobi, banagi and walridi were also on the ledge looking down at the hyenas below.

"Banzai and Ed! come forward!" Called kazumi. Banzai and Ed both stepped forward.
"Banzai and Ed. I have been informed that you were attempting to rally the hyenas to overthrow me. Why do you wish to overthrow me, when I have given you all everything you've ever dreamed?" Asked kazumi.
"Dreamed?!" Exclaimed an angry banzai. "As if! Ever since Karama and shenzi died, and you and the lions taken over, you've made our clan lands a living nightmare!" "Yeah!" Yelled Ed in agreement. "You've ruined karama's clan lands for your own sick, twisted greed!"
"How dare you mention her name in the the queens presence!!!" Screamed an angry Simba. "Patience Simba." Said kazumi. "How many hyenas have you riled up so far?" She asked. The hyenas said nothing. Then, one by one, nine hyenas stepped forward. "Nine. A measly nine hyenas. Not so very impressive." Said Kazumi. "Though I must admit, you two are brave to rile them up to try and overthrow me. But I am afraid that this is where it all ends for you two. Banzai and Ed, you are found guilty for attempting to overthrow the queen. The sentence: exile!" Banzai, Ed and the hyenas were horrified. "NO!!!" cried a horrified walridi. "Send them both away to the desert. And make sure they never come back." Said kazumi to nala and nuka. "As you wish my queen." Said nala. As they both started towards banzai and ed, walridi glared with malice and hatred at kazumi. "You...YOU MONSTER!!!" She shrieked as she rushed towards kazumi, but simba saw this and stepped into her way. she latched onto simba's mane. "Sit back down you stupid bitch!" Yelled Simba, who swatted her back down the ledge. "Mother!" Screamed a horrified Ed. he tried to rush back but he was blocked by nuka and nala. Banagi stared in horror at his mate who was badly hurt, and them he flew into a terrible rage and charged at kazumi. "YOU FUCKING BITCH!!!!" He screamed as he lunged at kazumi. Simba and the lions piled on banagi in an attempt to stop him from killing kazumi. Nala and Nuka rushed back to help stop banagi. "Banzai! Ed! Run! Go now!!!" Screamed banagi as he attempted to fight off the lions. Banzai and Ed watched and then the both ran for the desert. Kazumi smiled in triumph as she watched the lions pin banagi down. "As punishment for attempting to kill me, and as punishment for the overthrow, the hyenas will eat after the lions. And they don't leave much to spare. Take them both to their den. And make sure that they don't attack me again." Said kazumi as she walked back to her den. Simba and Leo both dragged banagi and walridi to their den while shinobi watched helplessly. He looked out towards the desert where banzai and ed were running to. "Good luck you two." He muttered.
