Man this girl has SORELY needed an update. Her last reference was made in 2013 and oof there have been... some Changes since then.

Due to a relationship ending in my life a few years ago, I've had to do some serious character revaluation since then with several characters; including my main druid girl Solar here. Her history has been revamped completely and simplified, and hey! I've actually drawn her as a night elf for once! This reference is post Battle for Azeroth, so this girl is... quite hardened after seeing Teldrassil fall.

Here's some quick facts, some taken from her old ref on dA:

- Solarinza (often shortened to Sol or Solar) was the second Warcraft character I ever made, and the first I ever seriously leveled. Although she currently isn't my highest level, she is still one of my most cherished characters ever.
- Solar's parents are both ancient night elves from the time of the Sundering of the Well of Eternity. Her mother was one of the first druids, Marshaila, who embraced the feral side. She did not enter the emerald dream, and was more of a renegade who stayed outside the rules of most druids of the time. Her father was a demon hunter, one who had been touched by the Burning Legions magic. His great sorcerer skills and magic changed Marshaila during her conception, giving her legs and tail of a cat.
- Solar grew up with her mother, being raised by a single parent, and excelled as a feral druid.
- Solar's mate, Thor'alon, is a priest who fell in the burning of Teldrassil. However, when Calia Menethil came back as a lightsaken (as i've seen the fandom call them) he was one of the very few rescued from the rubble and brought back to life. This wasn't before Solar took part in the siege of Lordaeron in her fury-fueled path for revenge, but after the rescue of Baine.
- The scars on her shoulders are from her mother, Marshaila, who tried to grapple her desperate daughter away from the flames in search for her mate. It took a little while for her emotions to tide over, but Solar forgave her mother for them eventually.
- Solar is somewhere between 1000-300 years old but I have no idea how old cause she refuses to tell me at this point in time so we'LL SEE THEN.
