I was just told that it was a multihook thingy that drips purple poison...lol
some sort of pole arm I guess?

I kinda see is as a modified spear/bladed staff; I'm spinning a 3D model of it in my head, and I see the top two blades offset to one another to allow each to work independantly and effectively. The bottom one, with its more open design, would allow it to be used as both a bladed weapon and the business end of a shepherd's hook.

Weapon is called Hebi Fukku n.n It is designed like that to be able to trap or disarm the enemy mainly with the two hooked side, and the one hooked side is mainly used as regular polearm, it has a large wide mainly to just wound an enemy, because of the poison, considering that its about 10 feet tall, since the character is 9 feet tall its also used for smashing an weaker enemy with its weigth. :3
