a bit of backstory, this image follows the events of the episode "Fun and Games" from Superman: the animated series, the shows introduction to the toyman, in the episode he kidnaps Lois lane www.youtube.com/watch?v=OMbevn… and dresses her up as rag doll https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D (Big Grin)rtib4… to which Superman saves her, but this image, follows a different path in the aftermath of this event from her and other characters.
This is a side story that goes in the opposite direction of the main plot
In an alternate timeline, Kara is the one who finds herself kidnapped at the hands of the Toyman, unable to reveal her true identity as Super Girl, she has no choice but to play along as the victim in the hopes her cousin will come save her, unaware that Toyman has already figured out her secret identity and has big plans for the last daughter of Krypton as shes gassed to sleep and undergoes a transformation both physical and mental at Toymans hands.
By the time Superman arrives to rescue her, its already too late, Kara Kent is gone, her body has been rebuilt and remolded in solid reinforced plastic and a mind control device implanted deep into her brain, making her belong to the Toyman in body and mind as he unleashes his brand new "Super Dolly" on the Man of Steel. Superman cant bring himself to harm his only blood relative, but with Kara's mind under Toymans complete control, she suffers no such handicap as she shows no emotion or thought as she pummels him into the ground with a bit happy smile until its all over.....
With Superman broken and discarded, the Toyman is now free to get his revenge and rule all of Metropolis with the help of his favorite toy, but without any major hurdles, he mainly now keeps her under glass so she stays in mint condition as part of his collection of the rarest of toys since he owns the now only Kryptonian in the universe to proudly display with his other toys.

NRFB, keep in mint condition, one of a kind!
I used to not get it, but I have a wall of Disney Princess dolls now that are just display pieces.
Honestly, I'd rather be boxed than glassed, all those plastic ties to keep me in place before being hung from the wall, watching the world through a sheen of plastic with a cardboard card behind me.
I mean, either way is fun, but come on which sounds like more fun?
