Artistic freedom - if they're meant to look angry/savage in the drawing, drawing their teeth curved feels totally acceptable! The aggressive use of color further drives the intention home. The roughness of the lines also intensify that chaotic rage mood in the image. A little neat combination of elements that together convey simple, yet pure anger.
