These don't look very good in the picture... but they're yummy. So yummy, in fact, that a lot of the time I make them I don't even get one... greedy people.
These are also one of those insanely easy things to make- that no one believes how simple they are. Kind of like peanut butter cookies, eh? Perfect to take to parties or whip up for appetizers for a family get together.
By the way, I was taught to make these by my Grammie, who did them all 'by feel'. I actually measured everything out so I could share them with you all :)
Ingredients:
1 lb breakfast sausage (raw [I use turkey!])
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/4 c. Bisquick
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 450
2. Mix everything together until there's no crumbs of Bisquick left behind and everything seems well blended.
3. spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray
4. roll dough into balls by the tbs full. If you make them too big they won't cook in the middle.
5. bake at 450 for 10-14 minutes until golden brown on top.
6. NOMNOMNOM
