Made for my boyfriend  Thunder-Wolfang of his awesome villain OC, the main antagonist of our "Mass Hysteria" series. :D He's like the Lex Luthor of the series.

This suave serpent is Cyril Young, the new mayor of Panel Hills, where Brianna and friends all live. He's taken over the town and corrupted it, with crime running rapid while he takes credit in getting rid of them. He has a silver tongue, even though it's really black like his soul. His charisma and manipulative nature is more venomous than his actual venom. He is a master in blackmailing and has manipulated the law on his side. Not even the cute puppers and her friends are safe from his watchful eyes. Top it all off, he's Megan's adoptive father.

And yes, he IS a snake. A black mamba to be exact. In the Thunderverse where there's anthropomorphic animal characters alongside humans and other creatures. Snake people there are humanoid like the rest of them.
