Powers: Goo Form: Allows for free movement through tight spaces, absorbing hits from ballistic and slicing and piercing weapons. Strength is enhanced in this form as well to the point of being able to hurl fully loaded minivans.

Goo Assimilation: Can transform and absorb any solid or liquid into his mass and turn it back to normal. While capable of doing this to organic matter, he does his best to not do this, as he has no desire to kill anyone.

Viscosity Manipulation: Can manipulate the viscosity of any liquid-like substance, including himself and oils.

Limited Shapeshifting: Via his Goo Form, Gooat is able to alter his physical form's appearance, but his mass must remain the same. Primarily used for disguise.

Weaknesses: Extreme cold can freeze him if he enters his Goo Form, particularly arctic based magic. His penchant for grandstanding and taking risks can render him easy to predict once someone learns of his preference, especially if there's a big shiny lure that looks valuable. Has a soft spot for certain people that could be exploited.

Backstory: Kyle is a recently graduated college student, having gotten a degree in mathematics, with the dream of eventually becoming a scientist who specialized in quantum math. However, crippling student laid his dreams low when he saw how much he owed. Desperate for a way out, but unwilling to ask his dear friend Embry Sable for help, he sought out side jobs of any kind that could make him extra cash. One such job at the city's steelworks put him in the path of one of the rampages of the infamous Doctor Recluse.

He was exposed to a "transforming chemical" the doctor had created, and unlike the rest of his coworkers who were reduced to some primordial ooze, he was able to reform himself, likely due to a latent arcane potential within him or sheer luck. Discovering his powers later, he decided that, in order to be free of his shackles, he would use these powers for crime in order to keep all the money for himself. So he learned how to use his powers, altered his form, and began his career as Gooat, the Daring Thief.
