It's very likely that Kentaro, the party's Monk, took damage during an attack from several monsters. He was able to keep his companions safe, but was wounded in the process. Thankfully, Millie is here to help him. She is basically the party's Cleric, with the healing abilities that keeps her friends fit. And she's making sure that Kentaro recovers from his recent scuffle with a marauding band of hobgoblins. She particularly makes sure that he's good and strong, and her attention is something that can break his stoicism. He's trying to tell himself that she's just looking our for her big, strong bodyguard, but anyone who knows their mainstream counterparts know better.
