But wasnt the concept of having more Mews in PCA approved long before she died? So I heard.....

I'm a story guy so unexplained things tend to bug me. Since when the PCA originally started there were no other mews except for Cat but then to sudden have some, (for me) I needed an explanation for why that was in order for her as a character herself to function normally without having to totally change who she is or what her motivation was (otherwise instead working in a school with children because she couldn't have any of her own, she'd have just had a hord of kids of her own to take care of).
So things that once weren't 'approved' from a story function/continuity should in some logical way be explained when changed. (Least that's my opinion). I don't think the story idea i have harms anything, it pretty much opened the flood gates (which was the original intent inway since I never wanted her to be the only mew forever).
