I don't really know what a 'noir' is, in reference to art (I keep hearing 'black' in my head every time I read that line), but I do know when I see things I like.

I like how the red contrasts against the black and white of the rest of the image. :)

Yeah i think Noir does fit namely because you seem to have a "lady in red" theme going too and if I remember correctly, that's popular in Noir films
