Yes Immortality is a sad burden us Dragons have. Its best to cherish those we care about while we still have them. And then honor them when they inevitably pass away. Its the blessing and the curse of being a Dragon.

I'd say it's magic...but not even that's a valid statement: Toothless, Spyro, and Slatebeard are prime examples of that.

how are those examples? really lost here.

Spyro does use magic to some degree, Slatebeard is a Silver Dragon from Cornelia Funke's Dragon Rider novels who passed away in the second novel, and Toothless I added in because I love him.

Love and friendship is a strong thing to have, it makes us feel human...

This makes me question alot of things: How the comic, from the before Rob get cyborg hands, to space solder Rob. Also, where and how are the horses, the snake and the elephant species come into contact with Anthro Tulpa and Rob. I am also lost with Feral Tulpa and the other plump dragon, as I don't see her in the early comics.

Is there other comics or stories before the current comic took place, or am I missing something here?

Find a means of making him immortal or at least ageless maybe? I mean, if making him immortal is impossible, the ageless thing would mean that time would have no hold on him. On a more emotional level though; make each second count.
