Texan's can't drive when it's just rainy. You add ice to the mix? Huh boy. The number of fatalities jumps from 2-3 a day to 10-20 an hour!

Makes me glad I'm a Canadian. It might be minus 40 degrees Celsius up here right now, but at least we're adapted to this sort of weather, and we don't get the freezing rain!
