personality  - She can be stubborn,quiet, reserved, and even playful at times.  She has been known for bursts of anger/frustration which causes blizzards

Purpose  -  She takes the responsibility of aiding the migration of birds to the south, giving them wind at their backs. 
Without her, there would be no winter, she is the only one able to produce the right winds for snowfall and 
extreme cold.  When the North and the West get into fights, huge hail storms and blinding blizzards can occur
